The purpose of INCAE's Professional Talent Fair is to offer participating organizations a chance to interview, meet and offer the tests necessary to find excellent professionals to be hired in the short or medium terms. These professionals have varied backgrounds, come from different countries, and are months away from graduating with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree.
TopMain Stages
Pre-Fair: From Monday, September 1, 2008, to Sunday, March 1, 2009, on the campuses in Nicaragua and Costa Rica, at some companies and online. All students participate in this stage. Classes are on their normal schedule.
Main Events: From Monday, March 2, to Friday, March 6, 2009. Held exclusively on the Costa Rican campus and online. All students who are 100% dedicated to their personal marketing participate in this stage.
South America: June 2009, Lima, Peru, and online. Only recent graduates who have not yet been hired participate in this activity.
Post-Fair: From Saturday, March 7, to Tuesday, June 30, 2009, on the campuses in Nicaragua and Costa Rica, at some companies and online. All students participate in this stage. Classes are on their normal schedule.
Participation
INCAE's Professional Talent Fair is a service offering high value added to the business sector, NGOs and governments. It provides them with a change to recruit excellent professionals coming from different backgrounds and countries. There is no cost to access candidate CVs and participate in the Fair; they are completely free.
The following options indicate how your company or organization can participate. All options should be coordinated with the Fair's staff.
Personal Interviews. Apply to all MBA candidates who are selected by a company, especially during the 5 days of the Main Events week. Interview schedules will be sent by email to the address indicated on the registration form.
Tests. Open Tests are open to all students. Closed Tests are open only to students who have been selected by the company.
Company Presentations. Presentations may be made during all stages of the Fair. The best time is during the Main Events week, but space is limited to 4 companies per day. The purpose of these presentations is to allow the company a chance to talk about professional career opportunities, policies, services, products and any other details for a maximum of 60 minutes. Each company may only present once.
Stands. These are available only during the Main Events week and the South America activity. These are not exclusively product stands; they may be used to receive MBA candidate CVs and talk about products at the same time. Each company is responsible for the stand infrastructure and decorations. INCAE will provide wireless Internet access, electrical currents (should be coordinated if anything other than 110 V are needed), 1 table, 2 chairs and 1 tablecloth. During the Main Events week, stands are available on Monday and Tuesday only. Stands may only be placed if the company will also be conducting personal interviews, tests, or certifies that it has or will have positions available in the short and medium terms. The stand should be used to collect candidate CVs.

Registration process
Reserving your company's spot for the Main Events week during INCAE's Professional Talent Fair is very easy. Just complete the Registration Form. The Fair's staff will then contact you to coordinate your participation.
MBA candidate selection process
To meet and select MBA candidates that you would like to evaluate, please use the Online Recruiting System (ORS). If you are not an ORS user, first you must request a password. To do so, please follow the instructions. Once you have your password, you may continue searching the database for professionals who best meet your needs. You may also access all candidate CVs online.
