The Center for Inclusive and Sustainable Leadership (CELIS) at INCAE Business School champions the

entrepreneur and an Agricultural Engineer graduated from EARTH University in Costa Rica. She holds a
Master’s degree in Applied Economics and a Master’s degree in Public Management and Leadership.

Daughter of a weaver and mother of a young weaver, Dilia Margarita Có Coy grew up among colorful threads and the ancestral wisdom of the Maya Pocomchí people. What began as a family tradition became her greatest purpose: to transform textile art into an economic development tool for
indigenous women.
